We serve our guests Hople wine from the Poraj Paczków vineyard. The vineyard is located in south-western Poland, in the complex of the palace and the farm belonging to it, of the old manor. A 5 hectare vineyard was established there in 2005.

White varieties are grown here: Kerner, Kernling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Siegerrebe, Chardonnay, Traminer, Riesling, Johanniter, red: Pinot Noir (4 clones), Acolon, Cabernet Cortis, Regent and Rondo. The first vintages of Paczków wines tasted among experts were highly rated.

We serve this wine because it is local, the grapes are hand picked and selected. Minimal amounts of protection agents and preservatives are used.
